Understanding the External Environment is an important step that Coca Cola Company takes it seriously wile is planning for the future. The strategy that this company uses focus more in the external and internal factors that make Coca cola Classic one of the most popular soft drink in the world. Coca Cola Company is monitoring closely customer attitudes, instabilities in economy and demographic patterns. Coca Cola Classic has an adversity of customers ranging from different ages as well as ethnic backgrounds.Main customers are 12-30years old and their age target are both genders 18-25 years old. 

  Media is playing a significant role in advertising Coca-Cola Classic. According to Coca -Cola Journey;
1.              Coca-Cola will be transparent in every social media engagement.
2.         Coca-Cola will protect our consumers’ privacy in compliance with applicable Privacy Policies, IT Security Policies, and laws, rules, and regulations.
3.   Coca-Cola will respect copyrights, trademarks, rights of publicity, and other third-party rights.
4.         Coca-Cola will be responsible in our use of technology and will not knowingly align our Company with any organizations or Web sites that use excessive tracking software, adware, malware or spyware.
5.         Coca-Cola will reasonably monitor our behavior in the social media space, establish appropriate protocols for establishing our social media presence, and keep appropriate records of our participation as dictated by law and/or industry best practices.


Coca-Cola Company is present in customers life not only on regular days but also in big sport events such as Olympics, World Cup, Super Bowl etc.Coca-Cola has been involved with the Olympic Games since 1928. It has been sponsoring the football World Cup since 1978 and is actively involved with the Wimbledon Championships. Coca-Cola's support is at all levels.

                 One of the Coca-Cola Company priority’s is to set on high standards for all people at all levels and strives to consistently meet them. Like every other successful company in the U.S, Coca –Cola has published their Code of business count to explain the ethics of the company. According to the official website of this company the Code of business Count will guide the action of our employees consistent with the company’s values. It will help people who work for the company to do the right think and play by the rules no mater where the company located is. This code is also availed in different languages

Coca-Cola Company offers a reporting service called EthicsLiene for all  types of Compliance that someone may have.
Coca-Cola manage to make a small shrink the product sizes in order to save and support the health of the costumers. Now mini can is viable in every small or big store around  the world.
                                                                Recycling

    Coca- cola is taking it serious the environment responsibility by being the first company to commercialize bottles made from recycled plastic. According to the official website Coca-Cola  since 208  mange to recycle in North America with a complete team more than 150,000 recycle bins in communities across U.S and Canada
Also the company manages 30 recycling centers which have reached 200 million pounds of recyclables and aspires to reach over 500 million pounds by the end of the year.
Currently Coca Cola is working on manufacturing a new eco-friendly bottle that is 100% recyclable.

 The company published that :" Working through Keep America Beautiful', the Coca-Cola Bin Grant Program has awarded more than 20,000 recycling bins to communities, colleges and special events.  And, each year, our Recycling Education Vehicles  travel across the United States and Canada, talking to consumers at more than 250 events about the importance of recycling"
